October 5 - November 7, 2015
Kittredge Gallery

Frances F. Chubb was an artist and art historian at the University of Puget Sound for 34 years, from 1942-1976. It was fitting that an exhibition exploring her life and work initiated Kittredge Hall’s anniversary celebration. Chubb’s enduring spirit of collaboration between the teaching of both studio art and the history of art, as well as her enthusiasm for teaching, are legacies that endure in our department. Linda Williams curated the exhibition with biographical text and assistance from John Finney and Laura Edgar.
