Literary Managers and Dramaturgs of the Americas
Every summer, LMDA invites literary managers, dramaturgs, playwrights, and other theatre artists to their annual conference. Each conference has a unique theme that delves into the work, history, and impact of LMDA members.

United States Institute for Theatre Technology
USITT was founded in 1960 as an organization to promote dialogue, research, and learning among practitioners of theatre design and technology. USITT's Annual Conference & Stage Expo draws together practitioners from all corners of entertainment and performing arts -- and with all levels of experience.

Live Design International
Since 1988, Live Design International (LDI) has been the leading tradeshow and conference for live design professionals from all around the globe. LDI hosts over 12,000 attendees working in theatre, concerts, clubs, theme parks, and houses of worship and a wide range of international live and broadcast venues. Attendees from more than 80 countries come to LDI to see the latest gear in action, refresh their knowledge, and replenish their creativity.

National Theatre Conference
The National Theatre Conference, founded in 1925, and a not-for-profit corporation since 1945, is an organization of distinguished members of the American Theatre. The purpose of the National Theatre Conference is to explore the means of best serving the interests of the American Theatre, and to initiate, encourage, and support projects of value and significance with a view to strengthening and broadening the influence of theatre in our country. Members gather in a spirit of mutual helpfulness for the interchange of aims and ideals, and for the discussion of common problems and interests.

The Southeastern Theatre Conference
The Southeastern Theatre Conference is a 501(c)3 nonprofit and dynamic membership organization serving a diverse constituency and reaching out across 10 states in the southeast region of the United States and beyond. They provide extensive resources and year-round opportunities for their constituents. Their services, publications, and products contribute significantly to the careers of emerging artists, seasoned professionals and academicians. SETC energizes the practical, intellectual and creative profile of theatre in America.

Theatre Communications Group National Conference
The TCG National Conference brings together over 1,000 theatre practitioners from across the globe for performances, knowledge sharing, and thought-provoking speakers.

Educational Theatre Association Conference
At EdTA’s National Conference, educators can sharpen their skills and expand their body of knowledge through workshops and master classes taught by experts and professionals. These sessions cover a wide variety of topics including theatre curriculum, choreography, script analysis, and technical theatre.

American Alliance for Theatre Education Conference
The American Alliance for Theatre and Education (AATE) works to ensure that every young person experiences quality theatre arts in their live provided by proficient, talented artists and educators. AATE is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Through its membership of theatre artists, in-service and pre-service teachers, professors, directors, scholars, and playwrights, AATE serves more than a million students in 48 U.S. states and 19 countries worldwide.

Mid-America Theatre Conference
Each yearthe Mid-America Theatre Conference invites proposals of presentations, conversations, scripts, and workshops around a particular theme.

American Society for Theatre Research Conference
The American Society for Theatre Research (ASTR) is a U.S.-based professional organization that fosters scholarship on worldwide theatre and performance, both historical and contemporary. Members of the American Society for Theatre Research say the Society is a space to share scholarship and a home for networking within the profession.

Association for Theatre in Higher Education Conference
ATHE serves as an intellectual and artistic center for producing new knowledge about theatre and performance-related disciplines, cultivating vital alliances with other scholarly and creative disciplines, linking with professional and community-based theatres, and promoting access and equity. Through co-sponsored events, panels, roundtables, and performances, they hope to consider future possibilities and responsibilities, particularly in the areas of valuation and distribution of labor across organizations, publications, and platforms.

New England Theatre Conference
The New England Theatre Conference is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing its members with professional services, career development, and recognition awards in the live theater arts. Serving Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont, NETC proudly supports quality theatre and promotes excellence in all divisions of theatre.
