This event is a great opportunity to connect and network with the Logger community and hear campus updates. You'll also get to be a lifelong learner by engaging in a presentation from Kimberlee Ratliff, Associate Professor of MEd Counseling Program, School of Education. Topic: Strengthening Mental Health and Wellness Through Nature-Based Self-Care Is self-care necessary to live well? Is connecting with nature the key to happiness? Does spending time outdoors strengthen mental health and wellness? Prof. Kimberlee Ratliff will share the benefits of nature-based self-care approaches and reflect on how these activities are integrated into teaching and advising graduate students at Puget Sound. Appetizers, refreshments, and complimentary valet parking will be included.  Reception begins at 5:30 p.m. with the presentation starting at 6 p.m. Please submit your RSVP by Thursday, March 14.
