Saxophone Master Class with Joseph Murphy

The School of Music is pleased to welcome guest artist Joseph Murphy for a saxophone master class. Murphy was the saxophone professor at Mansfield University, Pa., from 1987-2022, as was director of bands and department chair.

Joseph Murphy received the bachelor of music education from Bowling Green State University and the master's and doctorate degrees from Northwestern University. He has performed in numerous venues throughout the United States and internationally. Visit his full biography.
