We Belong: Writing Your Personal Mythology & Origin Story with Wendy Lee Spacek
Join poet and University of Puget Sound Librarian, Wendy Lee Spacek for a writing workshop based on the themes of the Tacoma Reads youth selection We Belong by Collie Hiponia. During the workshop, you will be guided through a series of writing exercises to mine your personal mythology (family lore, cultural traditions/heritage) in order to write your own poetic origin story.
