Film: Nosferatu

On the occasion of its 100th anniversary, the Department of German Studies will be screening the silent film "Nosferatu" (F.W. Murnau, 1922) on Halloween! This film helped define the horror-film genre and our conception of vampires. All are welcome to this free screening and costumes are encouraged! Screening begins at 7 p.m. with a very brief introduction to the film by Prof. Kris Imbrigotta.

Fences - a staged reading

As a prelude to the upcoming Troy the Hillian, in which we refer to August Wilson's magnificent Fences, we are featuring a staged reading of the play. Campus faculty, students, and administrators have generously donated their time to participate in the reading in Norton Clapp Theatre.
