International Honor Society in Psychology
The Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology was founded at Yale University in 1929. The purpose of the organization is to "encourage, stimulate, and maintain excellence in scholarship of the individual members in all fields, particularly in psychology, and advance the science of psychology." Psi Chi members participate in tutoring, community engagement, social and intellectual gatherings, and professional development workshops. Membership is open to all Psychology majors who meet the academic qualifications. Visit About Psi Chi for more information on membership and its benefits.
