You are welcome to participate in all or part of the day! If you are interested in participating in any of the day’s events, please complete this online form. This will help us plan for lunch and other activities.
The day’s activities and features include:
- Breakfast sponsored by our retirement plan record-keeper, TIAA

- A resource table, and a gratitude and support wall
- Door prizes including yoga mats, a tea set, the Salt Fat Acid Heat cookbook, a waterdrop package, an annual membership to the Museum of Glass, a Fitbit Inspire 2 fitness tracker, a weighted blanket, and an annual subscription to Calm
- Breakout sessions on burnout strategy prevention, putting your money to work for a healthy retirement, body liberation, and digital detox
- Boxed lunches along with guided options for spending the lunch hour connecting with one another around wellness topics, participating in mindful eating, or enjoying some solitude
- Opportunities for inclusive physical activity including low-impact yoga for all bodies and abilities, a walking meditation in the natural environment of campus, or a seated guided meditation hour
- At the end of the formal program from 2:30 p.m. until 5 p.m., staff who have participated in any of the events of the day will have an opportunity to engage in a self-guided wellness pursuit of their choice as paid work time
