Dear Loggers,
Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department, in cooperation with CHWS, will be hosting a COVID-19 booster vaccine clinic on campus. Bivalent booster doses of Pfizer and Moderna vaccines will be offered, as well as monovalent primary doses. The CDC recommends that everyone stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations.
This clinic is open to all campus members and to the public. For more details and to sign up for an appointment visit: https://form.jotform.com/222505418345149. Walk-ins are also welcome. When making your appointment, plan on spending up to 30 minutes at the clinic to complete registration, vaccination, and the 15 minute observation period.
