Dear Puget Sound Campus Community,
In an effort to enhance our technology support, Technology Services (TS) is excited to introduce a new support portal for the Puget Sound campus. This portal will go live on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, replacing our current ticketing system.
We are switching to TeamDynamix as our new ticketing system to better support our students, faculty, and staff. This change will centralize all of our support resources into one simple, easy-to-use portal, significantly improving our ability to provide assistance.
The new portal will be accessible from both the Puget Sound website and from our application portal login.pugetsound.edu. It will serve as a central hub for technology support, offering a catalog of services, comprehensive knowledge base documentation, an improved process for requesting assistance, and technology service announcements.
