As we move into November, I'd like to provide an important update about Winter Break parking on campus.
Once again, Security Services will offer a secured parking option at Parking Lot One near the Wheelock Student Center for University of Puget Sound residential students who wish to leave their vehicles on campus during the break. Unlike previous years, there will be a fee of $85 per vehicle for this service.
Parking Details:
- Dates: You can leave your vehicle in the fenced-in area starting from the week of Dec. 11, 2023, to Jan. 12, 2024.
- Early Removal: If you need to retrieve your vehicle before Jan. 12, 2024, you will need to make arrangements with Security Services beforehand.
- Reservations: Starting the week of Nov. 13, 2023, stop by Security Services to reserve your parking space for Winter Break.
- Inquiries: For any questions about Winter Break Parking, reach out to Security Services at security@pugetsound.edu.
It's important to keep in mind that whenever you park your vehicle on campus, regardless of whether it's in a fenced lot or not, you are doing so at your own risk. Utilizing the fenced-in parking lot is strongly recommended during Winter Break to minimize the risk of vehicle break-ins.
