Dear members of the Puget Sound community,

Technology Services (TS) is aware of the ongoing network instability that began impacting the campus on Friday, January 24 and continues intermittently this morning. This issue is causing significant disruption to campus activities, affecting various essential services, including Zoom, Internet access, and other online resources.  Access to on-campus resources such as network drives, vDesk, and PeopleSoft may also be affected.

If you are on campus, we recommend you consider rescheduling any planned Zoom meetings and limiting your reliance on network-dependent tools. Consider using alternative methods for communication and collaboration whenever possible, such as phone calls or in-person meetings. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we work to resolve this issue. We will continue to provide updates as they become available via email and the TS website.
