Once submitted, all proposers will receive a copy of the submitted form, as will all their department chairs/program directors, as well as the leadership of any department/program the proposal lists for:
- Major/minor/program requirement
- Applicability to interdisciplinary program
- Elective status in a major/minor/program
- Cross-listing in a department/program
