Puget Sound Dining Services takes food safety and sanitation very seriously. We partner with an independent food safety consultant for staff training in the latest food safety and sanitation principles and regulations. In addition to the standard Department of Health annual inspections, our consultant conducts quarterly audits to ensure consistent compliance.
We serve large numbers of students in a self-service dining style. We take every precaution necessary to ensure your health and safety. With this in mind, it is important that students also follow good sanitation practices in our service lines and dining hall; please use the utensils provided for self-service foods.
