Popular Music Ensemble Goes to the Movies!
Join us for the Popular Music Ensemble featuring Puget Sound songwriting majors, directed by Rob Hutchinson and Dawn Padula. The program will include hit songs from the movies including The Breakfast Club, Barbie, Purple Rain, A Star is Born, Saturday Night Fever, and more. Admission is free.
The Popular Music Ensemble is part of the School of Music's Songwriting degree program launched in fall 2023, the first of its kind offered at a liberal arts university.
