Each week this semester, the University Chaplaincy is hosting a 30-minute-or-less space for students, faculty, and staff to explore a wide range of ways to stay "spiritually centered" (whatever that means) in times of personal or social challenge. Each event's facilitator will explain the practice, invite those there to try it out, and send folks home with something they can try on their own terms.

Our second event on 9/13 will be led by Chaplaincy Assistant Daisy Innis, and will provide the opportunity to explore creative outlets including watercolor, bracelet making, and more. All are welcome to come, learn, participate, and/or observe!
