Employee Assistance Program
Includes free counseling, legal consultation, financial coaching, homeownership support, well-being tools, and a 24/7/365 crisis line, among other resources.

Publication Subscriptions
Through Collins Library, staff have access to digital content from publications such as the New York Times and the Chronicle of Higher Education.

Employee Discounts and Perks
Shopping discounts on a variety of products (including appliances), professional training courses, classes, and travel discounts.

Education Benefits
Staff can take undergraduate or graduate classes at the university with a 100% tuition remission scholarship. The university also offers education benefits to dependent children including a full tuition remission scholarship to University of Puget Sound.
