We Belong: Writing Your Personal Mythology & Origin Story with Wendy Lee Spacek

Join poet and University of Puget Sound Librarian, Wendy Lee Spacek for a writing workshop based on the themes of the Tacoma Reads youth selection We Belong by Collie Hiponia.  During the workshop, you will be guided through a series of writing exercises to mine your personal mythology (family lore, cultural traditions/heritage) in order to write your own poetic origin story.  Please register in advance.  For teens and adults.

Welcome Back! An Inclusive Christian Chapel Gathering

Students, staff, faculty, and families are invited to the re-start of our annual "Welcome Back!" chapel gathering in Kilworth.  This gathering, rooted in an inclusive expression of Christianity, will offer space for worship, reflection, prayer, and community building for interested Loggers.  The service is coordinated by the University Chaplaincy, with support from student leaders and organized Christian life clubs on campus.  This is a great chance to connect with campus faith leaders, recognize the rich diversity of the Christianities present at Puget Sound, and experience
