In June, the Supreme Court announced its decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, holding that there is no constitutional right to abortion. In light of that, the university is focusing its Constitution Day activities on discussions about the background, impacts, and future implications of this decision as a constitutional matter.

Wellness Wednesdays: Let's Party!

CHWS Presents Wellness Wednesdays! Wellness Wednesdays are a series of informal workshops with interactive activities and snacks. Come meet some of your fellow students, and enjoy some snacks! The theme of this week's Wellness Wednesday is celebrations and gatherings. Interact with other students and CHWS staff and learn about how to plan or attend safe and fun gatherings while you are in college. For our activity, we will be doing a mini service project and assembling birthday cake kits for donation to the food pantry. Hope to see you there!

Monkeypox (MPV) Information Session and Q&A for Students

This info session will focus on public health guidance for fall semester with emphasis on increasing awareness and accurate knowledge about transmission and prevention of MPV, and a brief review of COVID-19 prevention resources on campus. Emphasis will be placed on safer sexual/intimate activity and safer gatherings. The session will include an informational presentation, followed by a Q&A session with CHWS medical staff.

Join us to Welcome Professor Mare Hirsch and her show Transmorphic Machines to Kittredge Gallery. Mare will give a talk about her process and artwork and there will be time for mingling and refreshments.
