Photo Session Requests

Campus partners are responsible for securing subject's permission to be photographed and alerting subject that the university photographer may be in contact to arrange the session. If the photographer will need to contact the subject, please include the subject's contact information in the special instructions field below.

It is advisable to submit a photo session request two weeks in advance or desired session date. Please note it can take up to a week AFTER the session to receive your photo file(s).
