If you would like to send an announcement to staff via the Staff Comms listserv, please take a minute to review our submission procedure so that we can help you get the word out.

The Staff Comms news digest is sent out every Monday.
Send your message request to staffsenate@pugetsound.edu.

Please submit your message as follows:
 


Title of Message (don't forget to include a title!)

3-4 sentence summary of your message. Message content should be no more than 200 words at maximum. Longer submissions will be edited.

For more information, contact [name and email address of contact person]

Signature line including name and/or department


 

Any questions, comments, or inquiries received via Staff Senate email in response to the weekly announcements will be forwarded to the individual department, or program for follow-up.

To be included in the following week's newsletter, please submit your request by 5 p.m. the Friday before.

Upcoming events, such as ongoing speaker and/or web series, should be submitted using this form to the Office of Communications for inclusion on the university’s event calendar.
