Counseling, Health, & Wellness Services (CHWS) is an integrated medical and counseling clinic that specializes in holistic, wraparound care by providing primary medical care and counseling services to students on the University of Puget Sound campus. As a university health clinic, CHWS providers tailor their care to the unique developmental needs of university students including a focus on preventative care, lifespan development, and acquisition of health literacy and advocacy skills. CHWS is a gender affirming clinic that is inclusive of all ethnicities, genders, and sexual orientations. Students’ unique individual and cultural identities are valued, respected, and actively supported by all CHWS staff.
We offer counseling and medical appointments five days a week during the regular academic year. We are closed weekends, holidays, and during semester and summer breaks. Our clinic is located in Wheelock Student Center in suite 216.
